RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to Return any goods it will be at the customers cost to get it back to us at the following address,
85, High Street, Winterbourne, Bristol, BS36 1RA.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are currently only able to offer an exchange for the same item in an alternative size, if the newly requested size is out of stock then you will be contacted regarding other options.
Order Discrepancies
All order discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of collections or delivery.
Personalisation Policy
Should you choose to have an item personalised, then the normal consumer rights do not cover you. Once you have made the purchase, you cannot return the item and we are not obliged to issue you with a refund or exchange.
